Returns & Refund Policy

Please note that we are a small independent business that makes everything in small batches by hand, therefore your candle or product may not be perfect in color, and some changes to scent are expected among batches.
We offer returns of unused products within 14 days of the confirmed delivery of your package. To be eligible, the products must be in the same condition as received, unused, in its original packaging and the free gits included in your order must also be returned in the same condition as received. If not, they may not be eligible for refund. The materials required and the shipping cost are at the customer charge.
Refund Time Frame
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be issued immediately by our side, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Please provide receipt of purchase, a picture of the candle and mention the reason in the email to contact.studiovikara@gmail.com.
Store Credits
At this time, we don't offer store credits in exchange of the refund.
